Information on the Use of Cookies

At the Film Guild by MaMa Digital Arts, we are committed to transparency and respecting your privacy. This policy explains our current practices regarding the use of cookies.

Current Cookie Usage

At present, this website does not utilize cookies for tracking navigation information or collecting other personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for the functionality of the site, such as maintaining your logged-in session.

• Session Cookies: We may use session cookies, which are temporary cookies that exist only for the duration of your browsing session. These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the website, such as keeping you logged in as you navigate between pages. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
• No Tracking Cookies: We do not currently employ cookies for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose that tracks your browsing activity across different websites or collects personal information beyond what you directly provide during registration or profile editing.

Future Changes to Cookie Usage

Please be aware that our practices regarding the use of cookies may evolve in the future as we introduce new features or services. Should we decide to implement cookies for purposes such as analytics, advertising, or enhanced user experience, we will:

• Provide Clear Notification: We will prominently notify users of these changes by updating this Cookie Policy and potentially through other means, such as a banner on the website.
• Obtain Consent: Where legally required, we will seek your explicit consent before deploying non-essential cookies. You will have the opportunity to decide whether to accept or reject these cookies.
• Provide Control: We will provide you with the means to manage your cookie preferences, allowing you to accept or reject certain categories of cookies.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

Even in the future, we will continue to use cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the website and to provide you with the services you have requested (e.g., session cookies for login). These essential cookies may be placed without your explicit consent in some jurisdictions, as they are crucial for the basic functionality of the site.

Your Choices

As we currently do not use non-essential cookies, no immediate action is required from your side regarding cookie consent. However, we encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
